12-Month Contract (Likely Extension)

Morson Talent is recruiting time-served Pipefitters for a major shipbuilding client in Barrow. This is a long-term opportunity working on complex, high-value marine and heavy industrial projects.

  • Manufacture, fabrication & installation of small and large bore pipe spools
  • Working in the Pipe Shop and onboard ship
  • Preparing and fabricating pipework ready for installation

Requirements:

  • Time-served Pipefitter (trade papers required)
  • Previous shipbuilding, marine, or heavy industry experience preferred
  • Experience with datum, imperial measurements & shock clearance

Pay & Shifts:

  • Locals: £24.12 PAYE
  • Non-locals: £32.12 PAYE
  • 3 on/ 4 off Nights
  • Locals: £28.14 PAYE
  • Non-locals: £36.14 PAYE
  • Overtime available (not guaranteed)

33 days holiday incl. bank holidays
