IR35: In Scope We are seeking an experienced Interaction Designer to support a major public sector digital programme. This role will focus on creating engaging, accessible and user-centred digital experiences, with a particular emphasis on content-rich and public-facing websites. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive and accessible user journeys, page structures, navigation models and task flows. Create designs for content-heavy, campaign-style and public-facing websites. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including Product Managers, Delivery Managers, User Researchers, Content Designers, Developers and Accessibility Specialists. Translate user research findings and content requirements into practical design solutions. Develop prototypes and iterate designs based on user feedback and testing outcomes. Contribute to both live service improvements and future platform development initiatives. Support the management of design debt and continuous service enhancement. Maintain high-quality design documentation and reusable design assets within Figma. Essential Skills
