Mon - Friday minimum 4 days per week on site, with the potential to reduce over time
Inside IR35 (Umbrella/PAYE only) Umbrella rate Β£350-Β£375 per day
Role Purpose
Support the delivery of risk and opportunity management activities across the STEP Fusion Programme. Working within the Programme Controls team, you will provide risk analysis, reporting and quantitative risk assessment to support informed decision making on one of the UKs most complex infrastructure programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update project and programme risk registers.
Support risk and opportunity identification workshops with stakeholders.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analysis (QRA).
Analyse risk trends and key risk indicators, providing insight to project teams.
Produce risk dashboards, reports, heat maps and management information.
Monitor mitigation actions and ensure risks are accurately tracked and reported.
Support governance reviews, assurance activities and business case development.
Work closely with planning, cost, commercial and project controls teams to integrate risk information.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk processes, tools and reporting.
Essential Experience
Experience supporting risk management activities on major projects or programmes.
Knowledge of Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) methodologies.
Experience using risk tools such as Safran Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis (Pertmaster), @Risk or similar.
Experience maintaining risk registers and producing risk reports.
Understanding of project controls, planning, cost and schedule management.
Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
Desirable Experience
APM Risk Certificate, IRM Certificate or equivalent.
Experience within Nuclear, Defence, Energy, Water, Rail or other regulated sectors.
Experience with Active Risk Manager (ARM), Predict! or similar risk management software. xiskglj
