We are seeking six proactive Facilities Co-Ordinators to join our team as soon as possible. This role provides vital administrative and operational support to the facilities management function, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of site services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily facilities management activities on site
- Manage contractor engagement and ensure compliance with site standards
- Operate and maintain helpdesk systems, logging and tracking maintenance requests
- Assist with the administration and use of CAFM systems, ideally Maximo
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facilities operations
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Support health and safety compliance and site inspections as required
- Provide general administrative support including Microsoft Office tasks
Skills
- Basic DBS check (required)
- Solid administrative experience or entry-level exposure to CAFM systems
- Knowledge or background in helpdesk operations
- Experience with CAFM systems, ideally Maximo
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Time management and prioritisation skills
