We are seeking a Buyer to support procurement and subcontractor management activities based in Orpington, Kent. This role involves raising material requisitions, managing goods receipt notices, and monitoring contractor invoices and applications. You will be responsible for overseeing subcontractor procurement, contract renewals, invoice management, and payment certificate production. Close liaison with subcontractors, operational field managers, and internal stakeholders is essential to ensure smooth contract negotiations and timely payments. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-perm position, available to start ASAP.
