Morson have a great opportunity for an experienced Oracle Fusion functional consultant that has a background in HR and Payroll. Ideally you will have worked from a local government setting. The programme is firmly focused on delivering value through configuration of standard Oracle Fusion Cloud functionality, avoiding customisation wherever possible and aligning to Oracle Modern Best Practice.
Key areas of the role will be:
- Conduct detailed requirement reviews with HR, Payroll, Finance, ICT and operational teams.
- Analyse current pain points identified through the improvement roadmap and operational feedback.
- Propose configuration-led solutions aligned to Oracle Modern Best Practice.
- Clearly identify configuration versus extension requirements (including Groovy, Fast Formula, OTBI, Visual Builder and HDL/HSDL where appropriate).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and Oracle's Modern Best Practice.
- Hands-on configuration experience including: Workflows and approvals, Fast Formula, HCM Actions.
