We're looking for 2 experienced Oracle Payroll Developers to join a major government programme, supporting business-critical payroll change and development work. This is not a project-based role. You'll be working across BAU and high-priority change, delivering enhancements within a DevOps environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering payroll changes and improvements within Oracle Fusion
- Supporting pay awards and ongoing business change
- Developing and maintaining Fast Formula
- Working on integrations and data flows across systems
- Producing and supporting OTBI / BI reporting
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex payroll issues
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion (Oracle Cloud) payroll
- Solid knowledge of:
- Fast Formula
- Payroll configuration
- Integrations
- OTBI / BI reporting
- Experience working in corporate or shared services environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand setting
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder understanding
- Technical exposure (any of the below):
- HCM Extract
- HDL / HSDL
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- SQL / PLSQL
