Job Title: Operational Excellence Engineer Type: Contract Length: Location: This will be a critical role to support the team in driving sustainable improvements in Manufacturing performance, by applying lean, CI, and problem-solving methodologies to eliminate waste, improve productivity and enhance quality. We need an experienced person (minimum 5 years) to support shop floor improvement activities execution. The Operational Excellence Engineer requires experience and expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, data analysis, problem-solving and change management. The role provides the technical capability needed to identify performance losses, redesign processes, embed sustainable improvements and develop organisational capability. By combining operational knowledge with structured improvement methodologies, the role ensures business improvements are data-driven, strategically aligned and deliver measurable benefits in safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost Engineering.
