Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in the aerodynamics domain in a research or industrial environment, with relevant specialist aerodynamics knowledge.
- Experience of working with customers, suppliers, partners, and researchers.
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and team skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree level qualification in a STEM subject.
- Postgraduate PhD qualification or equivalent research in an aeronautical-related area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide aerodynamics support across a wide range of current and future AIR products.
- Carry out aerodynamics-related research, design, computational analysis, testing, and flight clearance for complex air vehicles.
- Develop aerodynamics toolsets and support digital transformation and governance.
- Ensure Agile practices align with organisational policies.

The position is inside IR35.
