A leading provider of Infrastructure Services, Construction, and Property Developments is seeking experienced, hands-on, and technically skilled Permanent Way (P-Way) professionals to support major rail and infrastructure programmes. These roles are essential in delivering safe, high-quality track works and contributing to improvements across the UK's transport network.

  • Senior Site Supervisor
  • Setting Out Engineer
  • Site Manager
  • Site Supervisor
  • Supervisor (Static Site)
  • Track (P-Way) Works Supervisor
  • Track Hand-Back Engineer - Level 3 & Level 4
  • Transient Supervisor

Role Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing or delivering Permanent Way track renewals, maintenance, and construction works
  • Managing site activities, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards
  • Leading teams of engineers and operatives across live rail environments
  • Providing technical expertise in track engineering, setting out, and quality assurance
  • Supporting hand-back activities and ensuring assets are returned to operational condition

Working Pattern:
