£400 per day (Inside IR35, via Umbrella)
Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite in Nottinghamshire
3-month contract (limited scope to extend)

A great opportunity for an experienced Bid Writer to support a specialist systems integrator on a short-term interim assignment. You’ll focus on producing high-quality written content across a varied bid pipeline, with values ranging from £10k to £8m.

The Role

Produce clear, compelling and compliant written proposal content.

Translate technical input from SMEs and Solution Architects into polished responses.

Develop structured narratives, win themes and customer-focused messaging.

Support the bid team in meeting deadlines and ensuring strong content quality.

About You

Proven experience as a Bid Writer (public and/or private sector).

Strong writing, editing and structuring skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Comfortable working with technical and commercial stakeholders.

Assignment Details

£400 per day, Inside IR35 (via umbrella).
