Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Operator, with tickets for both the Loading Shovel and Tractor/Bowser, at a Recycling & Landfill Depot. This is a hands-on role involving plant operation and supporting the day-to-day running of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating the site loading shovel for loading lorries
- Managing and maintaining stockpiles
- Upkeep of haul roads
- Operating a tractor and bowser for dust suppression across the site
- Safely reversing down a ramp to access the on-site water source for bowser refilling
- Ensuring haul routes are regularly damped down throughout the day
- Adhering to all site health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Loading Shovel ticket (essential)
- Tractor Bowser ticket (essential)
Desirable:
- MP Connect (can be arranged if not currently held)
