Vacancy: Electrical Fitter (Temp to perm)
- Reactive, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Building Management System (BMS)
- Fire alarm testing and emergency lighting
- General maintenance duties in estates
- Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices
- Minimum of City & Guilds or equivalent in an electrical discipline
- Previous experience as a Commercial Electrician doing PPMs is essential
- Overtime/Double time
- Van and Fuel card provided
