Location: Newcastle, based on site 5 days per week.
Starting salary: £35,000 PA plus benefits. With a view to increase to: £38,000 PA after 6 months, and then £41,000 PA after 12 months.

You'll work alongside experienced Talent Acquisition professionals, receive comprehensive training, and gain exposure to hiring across a range of specialist and business-critical functions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business areas.
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates through a variety of sourcing channels.
- Conducting initial candidate screening and assessment conversations.
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Creating engaging job advertisements and candidate attraction campaigns.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data and candidate records.
- Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Contributing ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Learning how to assess talent and support strategic hiring decisions.
