Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Solar PV Electrician to join their growing renewable energy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar photovoltaic (PV) systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites, including work on three-phase systems and both high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical infrastructure. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality, sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:- Install, test, and commission solar PV systems in domestic and commercial properties, including panels, inverters, isolators, and associated electrical components.
- Work on single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and fault-finding.
- Complete relevant documentation, including installation reports and certificates.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of installed systems.
- Ensure compliance with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and other relevant standards.
- Carry out electrical wiring in accordance with current regulations and standards (e.g., BS 7671) and provide certification in accordance with 2391 standards (or equivalent).
- Work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Desirable: 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures.
- Demonstrable experience in solar PV installation, servicing, and repair (domestic and commercial).
- Valid ECS/CSCS card.
- A full UK driving license.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
