Busy Newport based Architectural studio is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician/ Technologist for their business. They are ideally looking for a mid to senior level professional due to someone retiring.
You must have a wealth of Residential and Housing experience as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit and be able to hit the ground running. You will have good attention to detail, be able to hit deadlines, liaise accordingly with consultants and external clients and communicate efficiently.
Hybrid and flexible working arrangements available. Role will involve complicated working drawings, technical detailing, UK Building Regulations and supporting the technical team on a range of Housing and Residential projects.
