Morson Edge is currently recruiting on behalf of an established and growing UK-wide organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager to provide a proactive, commercially focused and hands-on HR service across multiple areas of the organisation.

Reporting to the senior HR leadership team, the successful candidate will play an important role in delivering the people strategy, supporting managers and ensuring effective HR practices across the business.

Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:
Support the development and delivery of the organisation's people strategy and HR plan.

Provide practical HR advice to managers and senior stakeholders across the business.

Lead recruitment, selection and workforce planning, from onboarding through to professional development.

Manage employee relations, including complex and sensitive cases, performance, absence, conduct and capability matters.

Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and documentation in line with UK employment legislation and best practice.

Lead performance management, appraisal and employee development processes.

Support talent management and succession planning for key roles.

Develop initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention and organisational culture.

Advise on UK employment legislation, HR risks, compensation, benefits and payroll.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems, using people data to inform business decisions.

Identify organisational training needs and design and deliver HR-related training for managers and employees.

Promote equality, diversity and inclusion across the organisation.

Support HR projects, organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.

Build effective relationships with employees, managers and senior stakeholders.

Promote and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Specification: Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience of HR activity relating to mergers and acquisitions
Knowledge of HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
