They are currently looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician, or Technical Architect with strong Revit capability to join their growing team. The Opportunity
- Deliver detailed technical design packages across RIBA Stages 4-5
- Produce high-quality coordinated drawings and construction information using Revit (essential)
- Work across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and civic projects
- Support coordination of multidisciplinary design teams
- Contribute to fully resolved, buildable technical design solutions
- Work within a collaborative, design-led studio environment
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical drawing packages using Revit
- Produce detailed construction information and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants and internal design teams
- Support technical problem-solving and design resolution
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and project standards

Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience as an Architectural Technologist, Technician or Technical Architect
- Strong experience delivering RIBA Stages 4-5
- Proficiency in Revit is essential

- Experience working within an architectural practice or consultancy environment
- Strong technical coordination and communication skills
