Temp to perm position for an Electrical Fitter.
- Reactive, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Building Management System (BMS)
- Fire alarm testing and emergency lighting
- General maintenance duties in estates
- Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices
Minimum of City & Guilds or equivalent in an electrical discipline.
Previous experience as a Commercial Electrician doing PPMs is essential.
Overtime/Double time available. Van and fuel card provided.
