Business Improvement Manager with extensive experience in continuous improvement, business process reengineering and change management, ideally with current SC Security Clearance, is needed to support our central government client lead a large-scale improvement projects and change initiatives.
The Business Improvement Manager will be tasked with leading several critical in-flight change management projects and initiatives whilst supporting stakeholders through coaching, mentoring and sharing industry best practice expertise.
Essential Experience- Extensive experience in providing solutions within continuous improvement, business process reengineering and change management.
- Experience of leading and delivering process improvement projects and successful business and process change.
- Minimum Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent and expertise in relevant methodologies.
- Knowledge of change management approaches and demonstrable evidence of delivering change management across complex projects.
- Project management skills and experience.
- Experience in handling, analysing and understanding diverse data sources.
- Ability to understand and translate high-level process implications easily without being a subject matter expert.
- Experience in stakeholder management, methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to quickly build successful business relationships at all levels.
- Experience using M365 applications.
- Current SC Security Clearance or the ability to undergo clearance.
- Lead large-scale continuous improvement projects and change initiatives.
- Embed continuous improvement practices across the organisation.
- Coach and support colleagues to enhance performance and drive efficiencies.
- Deliver measurable benefits through simplification, standardisation, and automation.
