Location: Manchester or Glasgow, Hybrid 2 days WFH
We are seeking a motivated MEP BIM Technician to support project teams in the use of Autodesk Revit for the modelling of MEP elements including HVAC, electrical containment, and pipework. The role involves producing project-specific Revit content under the supervision of engineers and working within the project's Common Data Environment (CDE).
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong 3D modelling skills
- A keen interest in 3D design and immersive modelling
- A willingness to learn new technologies and software
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
- The capability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
Candidates must be UK nationals eligible for SC security clearance. Experience in MEP design, familiarity with Navisworks and Autodesk ACC, knowledge of industry modelling standards, and understanding of ISO 19650 are desirable but not essential. Engineering Technician (EngTech) status or equivalent professional qualification is a mandatory requirement.
