Responsibilities: Manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical building services equipment, such as HVAC systems, lighting, and plumbing. Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure that all work is completed to the required standard. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the smooth operation of building services equipment.
