Morson Edge is seeking a Training & Competence Lead (Technical Readiness) to ensure newly recruited technicians are developed and supported to achieve Initial Operational Performance (IOP) safely and on time. You will oversee the delivery of vehicle, equipment and process training, and introduce training pathways and competence frameworks for effective assessments.
The role requires leading a structured development journey from induction through to readiness, with a strong focus on safety.
