Morson Edge are looking for an experienced Solar PV Installation Supervisor to lead nationwide commercial solar projects. This Monday–Thursday role involves regular travel with overnight stays (typically four nights/week). Accommodation, fuel, and a company van are provided.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise Solar PV installation teams on site
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
- Deliver toolbox talks and manage RAMS/CPPs
- Liaise with clients and Operations
- Carry out QA inspections, snagging, and final sign-off
- Support AC/DC coordination and commissioning
What You'll Need
- Proven Solar PV installation experience and team leadership
- Knowledge of flat, pitched, and trapezoidal steel roofs
- Skilled in panel layout, string design, MC4 crimping, DC terminations, fault finding, and testing
- Confident working at height with a strong safety record
- CSCS, Working at Height, IPAF, Harness, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness
- Full UK driving licence
