Ready to take the next step in your recruitment career? We’re expanding our White Collar Built Environment division and are looking for experienced Senior Consultants to join our growing teams across London, Manchester and Leeds.
Joining the Morson Group means becoming part of a high‑performing, collaborative environment alongside highly experienced consultants with long tenure and strong market reputations. You’ll have the autonomy to build your own market while benefiting from access to established PSL clients and long‑standing relationships across the built environment sector.
This is a true 360 recruitment role, giving you the opportunity to develop both client and candidate relationships, with flexibility across permanent and contract recruitment — or the opportunity to work across both.
As part of our continued growth plans, we are open to a variety of desk specialisms including:
- Facilities Management
- Site Management
- Quantity Surveying
- Civil Engineering markets
- And wider Built Environment specialisms
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience within agency 360 recruitment, ideally within the built environment, construction or engineering sectors
- Ability to manage and grow client relationships
- Ambition to build and develop a successful desk within a supportive, established business
