Contract | Outside IR35 | Hybrid/Remote | Up to £550 per day | Initial 6 months

I'm currently supporting a major retail organisation undergoing a large-scale digital transformation and am looking to speak with experienced Scrum Masters to join a number of high-profile delivery teams.

You’ll play a key role in driving Agile delivery across cross-functional product and engineering teams, helping to embed Agile best practices while ensuring the successful delivery of complex digital products and platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Coaching teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
  • Removing delivery blockers and enabling high-performing teams.
  • Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers and stakeholders to deliver business value.
  • Tracking delivery metrics and supporting effective sprint planning and forecasting.
  • Helping scale Agile ways of working across a large enterprise environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Lean delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional software engineering and product teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Previous experience within retail, eCommerce or customer‑facing digital products would be advantageous.
  • Competitive day rate up to £550
  • 6 month initial contract with a high likelihood of extension
  • Opportunity to work on a major retail digital transformation programme
