We're looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Aerospace & Defence team at our Salford HQ.
You don't need previous recruitment experience. We're particularly interested in people with a background in administration, customer service or other office-based, people-focused roles who are looking for the next step in their career and are keen to learn something new.
You'll receive full training and ongoing support from an experienced team, giving you everything you need to develop your recruitment skills and become a valued member of the team.
This is a delivery-focused role, working across a high volume of permanent and contract vacancies. You'll be speaking to candidates and clients every day, so you'll need to be confident picking up the phone, building relationships and providing a great experience throughout the recruitment process.

Managing the recruitment process for a high volume of contract and permanent vacancies.
Sourcing and engaging with candidates using a variety of methods.
Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, skills and career goals.

Speaking with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on recruitment activity.
