The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and hard-working Tool Setter to join our team! We are an injection-moulded plastics company operating in a huge array of industries, and as a Tool Setter you will be maintaining, changing and replacing the tools inside our machinery. You will be responsible for the setting and operating of moulding machines within your section and assisting in completing orders on time, as well as supervising small teams of operators on the mould shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Change tools and inserts in machinery depending on demand
- Replace machine heater bands and other parts as needed
- Maintain tools and ensure the smooth operation of our machinery
- Supervise small teams and allocate work

Knowledge & Skills / Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience maintaining and setting tools in a manufacturing environment
- Curious and able to creatively solve problems
