Salary: £160 day rate inside IR35 PAYE (£39,000 pro-rata)

Morson Talent are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Executive Assistant & Team Administrator to support senior leaders and wider teams within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation within the engineering and infrastructure sector, providing a blend of executive support, team coordination and high-level administration.

The role would suit someone with previous EA, PA, Team Assistant or senior administrative experience who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, supporting multiple stakeholders and helping keep business operations running smoothly.

The Role

  • You will provide proactive support to senior leaders while also assisting wider teams with coordination, administration and organisational activities.
  • The role requires someone highly organised, adaptable and confident managing multiple priorities within a busy environment.
  • You will act as a key point of contact across the business, supporting meetings, travel, reporting and day-to-day operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and administrative support to senior leaders and wider teams
  • Manage diaries, scheduling and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Organise internal and external meetings, including agendas and briefing materials
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and expenses
  • Support inbox management, correspondence and action tracking
  • Prepare presentations, reports and business documentation to a high standard
  • Attend meetings where required, capture minutes and monitor follow-up actions
  • Build strong working relationships across the organisation and act as a key point of contact
  • Support confidential and sensitive business activities with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate leadership visits, team events and wider organisational activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working
  • Provide flexible support across different teams and business functions

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within an Executive Assistant, PA, Team Administrator or Senior Administrative role
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders within a corporate or regulated environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Ability to remain calm and organised within a fast-paced environment

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within engineering, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing or other regulated sectors
  • Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
  • Understanding of governance, compliance or corporate reporting processes
