Our client, a vibrant architectural practice in Central Manchester, is seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist with strong healthcare project experience to join their team. This role focuses on technical design and coordination, ensuring compliant, high-quality delivery throughout the design process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed technical and construction documentation for healthcare projects.
  • Coordinate models and drawings across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Support project delivery from RIBA Stage 2-4.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, guidance, and standards.
  • Assist in clash detection, model coordination, and quality control.
