This role sits within our client's Procurement Excellence team and focuses on ensuring that all non-procurement suppliers are properly checked, assessed, and onboarded. You'll investigate vendors using third-party tools, validate compliance, manage supplier data, and support key stakeholders across finance, compliance, procurement, and the wider business. Strong reporting and dashboard skills are also important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct supplier due diligence checks using external tools
  • Propose and validate compliance assessments
  • Manage supplier onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate supplier data
  • Work closely with finance, compliance, procurement, and business stakeholders
  • Produce reports and dashboards for senior procurement management

  • Defence & aerospace regulatory knowledge

Security Requirements

The role is subject to full Security Clearance (SC) with no caveats. Due to the specialist nature of the role, it is expected that the individual may need to view confidential material subject to “UK Eyes Only” and therefore the vacancy is only available to UK nationals only.
