- Site Manager - UMBRELLA Industry: Contract
- Type: Contract (6 months)
Summary: We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead and manage a warehouse and office refurbishment project based in Leicester.
The contract is for a fixed duration of six months, commencing on Monday 27th July.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership in coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the refurbishment works.
Payment will be made via an umbrella scheme only; no CIS or LTD arrangements will be accepted.
Key
Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all site operations related to the warehouse and office refurbishment.
Coordinate subcontractors and labour teams to maintain programme and quality standards.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and site regulations.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain accurate site documentation.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain progress.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and site performance.
Maintain a safe and healthy working environment throughout the project duration.
