Published: 5 days ago £500 - 600 per day Service Now Developer- SC Security Clearance Morson Edge Service Now Developer- SC Security Clearance Service Now Developer, ideally with current DV or SC Security Clearance is required to support our central government client on implementing solutions on the Service Now platform to support business processes and improve service delivery.
The Service Now Developer will be tasked with customising and optimising Service Now applications, building new features, and integrating the platform with internal and external systems.
- Service Now Developer- SC Security Clearance- Essential Experience
- Strong Service Now scripting skills with the ability to work across multiple Service Now modules, leveraging APIs, and delivering automation that enhances efficiency and user experience.
- Capability to design, develop, and configure Service Now applications, workflows, forms, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
- Ability to customise existing modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM.
- Experience of building custom applications using Service Now Studio, Flow Designer, and App Engine.
- Ability Develop and maintain client-side (Java Script, Glide Form) and server-side (Glide Record, Glide System) scripts.
- Experience of implementing automation using flows, scripting, orchestration, and integration tools.
- Experience of developing integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and
- Hands on experience developing on the Service Now platform
- Strong knowledge of Java Script, Service Now scripting, and Service Now API usage.
- Experience with workflow development, UI customization, Flow Designer, and App Engine.
- Understanding of Service Now data models, ACLs, roles, and platform security.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and common authentication frameworks (OAuth, Basic Auth).
- Current DV Security Clearance or SC Security Clearance or have the ability to undergo security clearance.
- Service Now Developer- SC Security Clearance - Desirable Experience
- Service Now certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/others).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
