Maritime Defence , working on cutting-edge technology and complex engineering programmes supporting critical UK defence operations. The Role You'll be involved in the full systems engineering lifecycle, taking technical ownership of engineering work packages and contributing to the development of advanced maritime defence systems. Key responsibilities include: Systems requirements, design and development
Systems integration, verification and validation (V&V)
Technical leadership across engineering projects
Supporting design reviews and customer engagement
Mentoring junior engineers and working with multidisciplinary teams
What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience in Systems Engineering
Strong knowledge of the full systems engineering lifecycle
Experience in requirements management, systems design and V&V
Defence, maritime, naval or other complex engineering experience preferred
Experience with DOORS, MBSE or SysML would be advantageous
