We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established team, recruiting across the rail and transport sector at our London office.
This is a 360 recruitment role, but with the advantage of joining a market-leading business with established client relationships, preferred supplier agreements and a strong reputation in the industry.
Rather than focusing on relentless cold business development, you'll spend your time building on existing relationships, identifying new opportunities within warm accounts and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
The role covers a mix of contract and permanent recruitment across both blue and white-collar positions.
What we're looking for
- An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant, particularly within blue-collar or technical recruitment.
- A recruiter with experience in sectors such as construction, engineering, infrastructure, industrial or rail.
- A Delivery Consultant with experience recruiting within the rail sector who's ready to take the next step into a 360 role with the support of an experienced team.
Experience within rail

London Underground recruitment, would be a real advantage, but it's not essential if you have a strong recruitment background and are keen to learn.
