We're exclusively working on an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a background in sport, performance, or coaching. This role offers full ownership of dataâdriven performance tools relied upon by ELITE athletes and coaches. Lead the product journey from insight to impact, turning sports science and analytics into realâworld tools that enhance decisionâmaking and performance.
What you'll do:
- Shape and deliver performance products used in training and onâfield environments
- Translate athlete and coach insights into clear product requirements and roadmaps
- Drive multiple projects, balancing strategic vision with handsâon delivery
- Coordinate crossâfunctional teams, manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery
- Use data and feedback to iterate and refine products postâlaunch
Who you are:
- Product Manager with full delivery ownership and a proven track record
- Experienced in sport, performance, coaching, or athlete development
- Skilled at translating complex data into practical, actionable solutions
- Credible with coaches, practitioners and senior stakeholders
This role will work on tools with real, measurable impact on elite athlete performance and give you the opportunity to collaborate with highâperforming coaches, sports scientists and technologists.
