Pay rate: £42 - £47 per hour, dependent on experience
Shift: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, hybrid working (3 days in the office & 2 days remote)

You will conceptualise and develop innovative exterior and interior designs, shaping products and experiences that look 5-10 years ahead. You will consistently challenge conventions with exceptional creativity, leveraging AI-enhanced agility to deliver bold, impactful design solutions that embody and advance the brand vision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop compelling design proposals for concept and production vehicles, from initial ideation through to final execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating creativity, precision, and clear communication
- Collaborate effectively across global design teams and regional stakeholders
- Translate market trends and insights into forward-thinking design concepts
- Produce high-quality sketches and visualisations to clearly convey design intent
- Lead clay and digital modelling processes to realise designs in 3D
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain design integrity throughout the development cycle
- Contribute to technical and styling reviews, ensuring design quality and feasibility
- A bold, forward-thinking designer with a strong creative vision
- Exceptional visual communicator with a keen eye for form, proportion, and surface development
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and confident in engaging stakeholders throughout concept and production phases
- Clear and persuasive verbal communicator
- Degree in Automotive or Industrial Design (BA, BFA, MA, MFA or equivalent)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Alias, VRED, Blender or comparable software
- Strong exterior design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and design process
- Experience utilising AI tools to enhance speed and agility
- Substantial relevant experience within OEM automotive design studios
- Proven track record contributing to concept and/or production vehicle development, including 1:1 scale models
- Robust technical understanding of engineering constraints, with the ability to incorporate feedback into design proposals
- Ability to interpret briefs and feedback into clear, actionable design direction
