Resourcing Business Partner – 6 month FTC
Location: Tottenham– Hybrid (Flexible)
Salary: up to 50,000 per annum
We're partnering with a leading FMCG business to recruit a Resourcing Business Partner to support its Enfield site.
This is a genuine Business Partnering role, covering recruitment across Engineering, Manufacturing, HSE and Operations. You'll work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to shape recruitment strategy, build strong talent pipelines and influence how the business attracts and secures its people.
It's a great opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who wants real ownership, visibility and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
About the role
• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Manufacturing, HSE and Operations.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build strong permanent talent pipelines, particularly across hard-to-fill engineering and technical roles.
• Provide market insight and challenge hiring decisions where appropriate, influencing stakeholders to achieve the best recruitment outcomes.
• Develop the TA presence on site, building strong relationships and demonstrating the value of Talent Acquisition to the wider business.
