Overview
We are seeking experienced Microsoft Copilot and AI Adoption Consultants to support a growing portfolio of healthcare and public sector transformation programmes. Successful candidates will help organisations prepare for, deploy and maximise the value of Microsoft Copilot and emerging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Microsoft Copilot readiness assessments.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and identify priority use cases.
- Support AI governance and adoption activities.
- Develop training and change management plans.
- Measure benefits and support continuous improvement.
- Work with business and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Experience Required
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 and/or Copilot programmes.
- Change and adoption experience.
- Business analysis or digital transformation delivery experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience within healthcare, government or other regulated sectors is desirable.
