This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of engaging marketing campaigns, exhibitions, digital communications and business development activities that help promote our innovative capabilities to customers across the UK and internationally.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll play a key role in strengthening our brand and supporting business growth.

What you'll be doing

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll help deliver a wide range of marketing and communications activities that support the business strategy. From planning exhibitions to creating engaging content, you'll ensure our marketing activities are delivered to a high standard while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Planning and coordinating exhibitions, events and demonstrations, managing logistics, budgets and deadlines.
  • Creating and maintaining high-quality marketing collateral, digital content and website updates.
  • Producing engaging internal and external communications, including newsletters, email campaigns and social media content.
  • Supporting the preparation of bids, proposals and tender submissions.
  • Building effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring marketing performance and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring all marketing materials are accurate, consistent and aligned with company branding.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and eager to develop their marketing career. You'll bring excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality marketing activities.

You'll ideally have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience within a marketing, communications or business environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative approach with the confidence to build positive working relationships.
  • Experience supporting events, exhibitions or promotional activities would be advantageous.
  • A creative mindset and enthusiasm for learning new marketing tools, techniques and systems.
