A leading engineering firm is seeking a Lead Land & Utilities Surveyor to join their Survey team, primarily supporting projects across the Southern half of the UK, including the Southeast and Midlands. The role involves leading multiple survey teams across various survey disciplines, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and technical accuracy throughout project lifecycles.

You will manage your own workload and assist others, communicate effectively across departments, and mentor team members to enhance overall performance. The position suits experienced Senior Surveyors or motivated Surveyors aiming to progress their careers. The role requires flexibility to work shifts and away from the base location, with a strong focus on utility detection, site setting out, data management, and quality control. You will assist site management with survey reporting and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and industry standards.

A full UK driving licence and a minimum of five years' traceable employment are essential.
