They are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to provide delivery leadership, coordination, and governance across complex technology and security-focused programmes. The role will be responsible for driving effective planning, prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, and dependency management, enabling technical teams to focus on delivery, operational improvement, and strategic objectives.
This role wil lbe inside IR35 and requie you to work on site 50% of the time during this contract
The successful candidate will work across multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to improve delivery visibility, remove impediments, and establish sustainable delivery practices within a dynamic and often regulated environment.
Lead day-to-day Agile delivery management across multiple workstreams and technical teams.
Facilitate delivery planning, backlog refinement, prioritisation, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, forecasts, and dependency trackers.
Coordinate activities across internal teams, third-party suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
Provide clear visibility of delivery progress, priorities, constraints, and key decisions.
Support prioritisation across operational support, project delivery, continuous improvement, and technical change initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in an Agile Delivery Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar delivery leadership role.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams across complex delivery environments.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and practices, including planning, prioritisation, estimation, and reporting.
Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery constraints.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Experience working with internal teams, external suppliers, and delivery partners.
Ability to balance operational priorities with project and change delivery requirements.
Experience producing clear, concise, and actionable delivery reporting for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Experience
Experience delivering cyber security, infrastructure, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience supporting Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), or critical infrastructure environments.
Experience within regulated sectors such as energy, utilities, financial services, healthcare, or government.
Familiarity with cyber security frameworks, regulatory requirements, or assurance programmes.
Experience working within product teams, DevOps environments, or technology value streams.
