Summary
Morson are recruiting on behalf of our global aerospace and defence client for a HR Advisor based in Broughton, Chester. The Human Resources Advisor will support HR Business Partners by ensuring consistent application of HR policies and effective implementation of HR processes in line with local legislation and global HR strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the HR team with deployment of HRBP campaigns and transactional HR activities.
- Act as the focal point for mypulse (Workday) and SAP systems, updating employee lifecycle data and liaising with HR Analysts.
- Organise and prepare reviews, ensuring timely and quality inputs from managers.
- Analyse cross-country and cross-division HR data to identify trends and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Monitor HR risks by analysing data on absenteeism, training completion, and time management.
- Assist with talent management activities including well-being, succession planning, and development paths.
Skills
- Strong IT and data analytics skills to enhance reporting and drive evidence-based actions.
- Previous HR experience in areas such as HR legal, payroll, HR analysis, digital, recruitment, or learning.
- Deep understanding of HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Autonomy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
