Summary We are seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a major civils infrastructure project based in Holywell. The role involves managing commercial aspects of civil engineering packages, including subcontractor procurement, cost control, valuations, and contract administration. You will work closely with the client and project teams to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with contract terms. This position requires strong knowledge of civil engineering works and the ability to manage a significant project budget over the remaining two years on site. The role includes a client-facing element and requires adherence to key industry standards.
