The Construction Engineering team consists of approximately 25-30 members and is growing. The team comprises individuals from different professional backgrounds including site operatives, structural engineers and graduates. The culture is collaborative, where the team leans on each individual's experiences as well as other departments as and when required.
Supervise construction activities in accordance with the project quality assurance framework, undertaking surveillance, inspection, and audit of complex multidisciplinary civil engineering works. Maintain accurate records of quality and progress to support effective reporting and assurance.
Keep the Construction Engineer informed of site technical issues, escalating risks and supporting programme control. Demonstrate strong on-site capability in supporting resources.
