Overview
Our client is seeking a Business Engagement & Transformation Support professional to support Digital communications, stakeholder engagement, SharePoint content management, governance, and performance reporting activities. The role will help improve how Digital engages with the wider business through effective communications, coordination, and the ongoing development of DigitalHub and associated performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder & Engagement Support
- Coordinate with Heads of Function, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather inputs and manage communications activities.
- Support workshops, working groups, and engagement sessions.
- Assist in the delivery of Digital Communications & Engagement plans.
- Communications & Content
- Draft and publish Digital communications including newsletters, announcements, updates, and roadshow materials.
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned to agreed engagement approaches.
