I'm delighted to be supporting a leading Local government client in need of an ICT Service Delivery Manager for a leading Council. I'm looking for someone that has recent Local Government experience and has worked at operations management level to service delivery across IT.
You will have experience of various applications including cloud technology (Azure/AWS). You will have knowledge of managing suppliers ensuring SLAs are maintained and in place, as well as KPI and service management ITIL.
