    • Provide guidance, structure and oversight across invoicing and transactional workflows
    • Act as a point of escalation for complex queries or issues
  • Process Improvement & Systems
    • Drive continuous improvement across Finance processes
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and control
    • Contribute to initiatives such as accounts payable outsourcing, AI-enabled workflows or automation
    • Support system enhancements and better use of existing finance tools
    • Champion smarter ways of working through technology and data
  • Commercial & Ad Hoc Support
    • Support budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting
    • Provide ad hoc analysis to support decision making
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

What we are looking for:

  • Part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
  • Solid experience supporting month end close, including prepayments and accruals
  • Confidence acting as deputy or second-in-command to a Finance Manager
  • Self-starter with a track record of ownership and follow-through
  • Strong Excel skills and tech-savvy, comfortable with finance systems

  • Curious, with integrity and a continuous improvement mindset

What We Can Offer:

  • Full study support if required
