We have a new opportunity for a CE&I Safety System Design Engineer, to work within the existing Silos CE&I design team delivering, supporting others delivering and checking Safety System design packages to meet safety, functional and business needs.
BPSS Security Clearance will be needed ahead of starting work. Candidates must be British Citizens and passport holders, and not have worked outside the UK during the past 5 years.
ESSENTIAL- Academic Qualification: Minimum - HNC
- Professional Qualification: Incorporated Engineer
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years successfully delivering as a CE&I Safety System Design Engineer on external multidiscipline projects, from concept design through to handover, with a working knowledge of the appropriate Engineering Standards
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey information to other team members/disciplines
- Providing support to Commissioning and a willingness to support early career Engineers
- Experience: Minimum 5 years successfully delivering as a CE&I Safety System Design Engineer on external and/or SL multidiscipline projects, from concept design through to handover, with a working understanding of the appropriate Engineering Standards
- Evidence of applying a pragmatic approach to the delivery of new/modified safety requirements on existing systems
