We are currently looking for a reliable Painter & Decorator / Finisher to support ongoing works at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston. This is an ad hoc role, with work available on a day-by-day or short consecutive day basis depending on project requirements.
Role Overview
You will be carrying out making good and finishing works in areas where fire alarm installations have been completed, ensuring all areas are left to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Carry out making good works following fire alarm installation works
- General painting and decorating duties
- Surface preparation, patch repairs and finishing works
- Ensure all completed areas are left clean and finished to a high standard
- Work independently and efficiently across various site areas
- Liaise with site management regarding work priorities and requirements
- Maintain safe working practices on site at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator / Finisher
- Experience with making good works and snagging/finishing works preferred
- Reliable and flexible with availability for ad hoc work requirements
- Must provide own basic tools and consumables
